LOCAL SHIPPING

Shipping within Thailand is free. We ship the goods via local courier service with full insurance cover. 

It is also possible to collect an item from our factory. Kindly email or call to set up an appointment if you would like to visit in person.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship to any destination, where one of the courier services will be able to reach you. We work closely with all major general and specialised courier services, such as FedEx, DHL, Ferrari, Brinks, and Malca-Amit. All international shipments are insured at full invoice value.

Shipping costs for international shipping are calculated on checkout, based on your place of residence.

RETURNS

If you would like to return a purchased item, kindly email us with the reason of why you would like to return an item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days period.
